By using this website, you agree to these terms. Sydney Asbestos Pro is a referral and lead-matching service. We are not an asbestos removal contractor and do not perform any removal work.

Referral service disclosure

Sydney Asbestos Pro connects enquirers with independent, third-party licensed asbestos removal specialists. We are not a party to any contract between you and a specialist. All removal work is performed by the independent specialist, not by us.

Licence verification

We encourage all users to independently verify any specialist’s SafeWork NSW licence before engaging them for work. Licences can be verified at safework.nsw.gov.au.

Limitation of liability

We make no warranty regarding the quality or outcome of any work performed by specialists in our network. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of resupplying the referral service.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
